MyPhotoCreations has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our photo products you order through us. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. If you are dissatisfied with your products in any way, please contact us within 30 days of your order so we can resolve your issue and get the perfect product into your hands.
MyPhotoCreations is committed to the highest standard of quality. However, there are some situations that are beyond our control. The MyPhotoCreations guarantee does not cover:
- Spelling and punctuation. We do not proof-read, spell-check or otherwise review the text of products that you order. Please review your captions, title and other text before ordering.
- Image quality issues. We trust you to send us exactly the images that you would like printed, so we don't manually check the resolution and image quality of the images that are sent to us. We will be more than happy to reprint anything that has experienced a printing error but we cannot print at a greater clarity or a higher quality than that of the images that are sent to us. Although we all want to be magicians, it just aren't. We do not recommend the use of any images that have a resolution of less than 300 dpi, as these images may appear grainy when printed.
- Not following care instructions. Due to the archival quality of our photo books, you must follow the care instructions inside the box. For example, if you leave the book in extremely high tempuratures or leave it sitting in the snow or rain, your book will never be the same.
- Creation errors. We print what you design, so make sure you proof the product carefully. When you are done creating your product (and before you buy), you will be presented with your proof (a PDF) & asked to check a box saying that you reviewed and approve the proof. Proof your product carefully before you purchase.
- Ordering errors. We cannot cover errors made by you during the ordering process, such as enhancements, choice of finish (where offered), cropping, border selection, size, formatting, etc.
- Shipping delays. We will do whatever we can to get you the product in time, but sometimes weather delays and natural disasters occur. We will do everything we can to help, but some things we just can't control... like natural disasters and weather.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know so we can investigate. Please provide as much information as possible about what parts of your order are affected. We will contact you, and may ask you to return the merchandise in order to reprint the order.
Even if it turns out to be one of the errors listed above, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error.
